A Sight Seers Flagship Programme
Leaders in JamaicaLeadership Institute
Five days of policy, systems, and process, built as a genuine partnership of peers: two student organisations, one from a Jamaican university and one from the United States, coming together to learn from each other. Open by application and funded by the delegate. This is where the programme begins, and it is built to last.
5Days, 4 nightsFeb 17 to 212027$1,195Per delegate12 to 15Founding cohort
A leadership institute set in a working student government
The centre of the programme is not a workshop room. Days 2 and 3 sit alongside the student government of a partner Jamaican university, comparing constitutions, committees, funding, records, and reporting. The two bodies work in different contexts, often described in broad geopolitical terms as the Global North and the Global South. Those are not reliable labels for any single institution's resources, which vary widely within either context, so each side brings expertise the other needs and each leaves having learned from the other.
This is a partnership of peers, not a service delivered to hosted guests, and the work starts long before the five days. The two student organisations, one Jamaican and one American, get acquainted, share what each wants from the week, and set the agenda together. Each side names its own goals; neither are assumed for them. That is what makes the exchange real, and it is why both sides leave with something they could not have built alone.
Open by application
Any student holding a leadership position in a registered organisation may apply. SGA holds a reserved block but does not hold the programme.
No student fee money
The individual delegate pays, or a sponsor they secure. There is no appropriation and no student fee money at any stage.
Documents, not memories
Every delegate leaves with eight working documents: a drafted policy, mapped processes, a KPI framework, a pitched idea, and a handover pack.
The Model
How the Institute is structured
Every structural choice answers a question a senator, an advisor, or a student reporter would reasonably ask, on page one rather than in a hearing.
Who benefits?
Any student leader in a registered organisation may apply. SGA holds a reserved block but does not own the programme.
Who pays?
The individual delegate, or a sponsor the delegate secures. No student fee money is required at any stage.
What is SGA's role?
Endorsement, promotion, and a seat on the selection panel. SGA may sponsor a delegate on the same terms as any other sponsor.
Is it a holiday?
Five days: two full working days with a Jamaican student government, one adventure day, an arrival day, and a departure morning. Every day is published and every delegate produces documents.
What comes back?
A drafted policy, documented processes, a KPI framework, and a pitched idea per delegate, plus a cohort report SGA can publish to the student body.
Who is accountable?
Licensed and insured operators, signed waivers, certificates on file, and a 24 hour incident line for the duration.
The Five Days
Wednesday to Sunday, three class days rather than a week
Both working days land midweek when the host university is fully operational, the adventure day falls on Saturday, and the cohort is based in a private Montego Bay villa for all four nights.
1
Wed 17 Feb
Arrival and orientation
Airport meet and greet at Montego Bay, transfer to the villa, opening circle and welcome dinner.
2
Thu 18 Feb
Leadership intensive
Full day intensive at the villa with the partner Jamaican student government, closing with the pitch session.
3
Fri 19 Feb
Campus exchange
A day on the host campus: comparative briefing on their constitution, committees, funding and records.
4
Sat 20 Feb
Adventure day, Negril
ATV, catamaran, horseback, ocean zipline, snorkelling and bamboo rafting, in rotating groups.
5
Sun 21 Feb
Outputs and departure
Closing debrief breakfast with each delegate's documents captured, then transfer to the airport.
Every delegate receives arrival and departure transfers, all ground transport across four programme days, a dedicated Sight Seers host, and a delegate kit. The Day 4 rum tasting is 18 and over under Jamaican law and optional within the day.
Days 2 and 3
The campus exchange, the part that cannot be replicated in Miami
Two full days with the student government of a Jamaican university, working through how each body actually runs. Not a courtesy visit and not a panel: a working exchange between peers, on an agenda both sides shape and goals each side sets. What each learns from the other is the point, and it runs in both directions.
Constitutions and mandate. Different founding documents, powers, and relationships to administration.
Funding and allocation. How a body with different resources decides what to fund.
Committee architecture. How work is divided, where it stalls, what survives turnover.
Records and continuity. What each body writes down, loses every June, and how handover really happens.
Reaching students. Commuter populations, multiple campuses, and low turnout.
Reporting and measurement. What each body counts, publishes, and is held to.
The host student government
The Jamaican side is the student government of a partner university with an active, accessible student leadership structure. We are finalising the host now and will name it once the partnership is confirmed in writing, before applications open.
Why a working guild
Pairing with a real, functioning student government is the point: two bodies compare how they actually run, side by side, rather than sitting through a briefing. The host is chosen for the strength of that exchange.
The Programming
Systems, not speeches. Eight modules, eight documents
Each module runs on Day 2 alongside the host university's student leaders and closes with a document rather than a discussion.

Airfare from Miami to Montego Bay is booked by the delegate and typically runs US$280 to US$380 return. Villa accommodation is quoted once cohort size and dates are confirmed.
Funding
How a delegate pays for it
Two routes, and most delegates use a combination. Sight Seers invoices whoever is paying and issues a receipt in that name, with no cash and no intermediary.
Self funded
A US$35 place deposit opens your seat. Once selected, a 30% non-refundable deposit confirms your place and the balance is due 14 days before the programme starts.
Sponsored
An employer, family business, church or local business funds the seat in whole or part. A template letter is provided.
Organisation funded
A registered student organisation sends its own leader from dues, fundraising, or its operating account.
SGA sponsored seat
SGA may sponsor a delegate on exactly the same terms as any other sponsor. Not required and not assumed.
Where the cohort stays
A private Montego Bay villa
The cohort is based in one exclusive use villa for all four nights, a programme decision rather than a cost saving. The Day 2 intensive runs in the villa, and the conversation that makes a cohort a cohort happens on its terrace rather than across a resort.
Day 2 intensive runs on site, with no room hire.
Shared spaces double as breakout rooms.
Private terrace and pool for working dinners.
The host university delegation can be received properly.
Exclusive use, shared room occupancy.
Private staff and on site catering.
Sized to the confirmed cohort.
Partnerships across 43 plus large group estates.
Villa rates move with date, season, cohort size, and availability, so we issue a firm written quotation once the window and cohort size are confirmed, before any delegate is asked for a deposit.
Hold the founding cohort
A founding cohort of 12 to 15 delegates, Wednesday 17 to Sunday 21 February 2027. Delegates arrive with real problems and return with roughly ten weeks of term left to act on them, at a cost of three class days.
Connect with ambitious graduates, alumni and professionals across seven Caribbean shores. Yacht days, villa dinners and curated programming, designed to turn a great week into lasting professional relationships.

The program
Seven Shores at a glance
Everything a cohort, chapter or leadership team needs to know before choosing a voyage.
What is it?
MBA adventure weeks, a new kind of travel from Sight Seers Caribbean Adventures. Curated getaways for graduates and professionals that pair yacht days, luxury villa dinners and cultural deep dives with real professional networking.
Who is it for?
Current MBAs planning a class trip, recent graduates building their network, and alumni chapters planning a reunion. Many groups mix all three: alumni mentor current students and recent graduates, and everyone leaves with new contacts. Corporate leadership teams can run a voyage too, with facilitated leadership sessions, team diagnostics and executive coaching. Groups of 12 to 60.
Where does it run?
Seven shores: Jamaica, Barbados, Saint Lucia, The Bahamas, Belize, the Dominican Republic and Curacao. Every package is available on all seven, and the Island-Hop Voyage can combine several.
How long is it?
Four to seven days. A four day intensive in one country, or a seven day voyage across several. A typical week opens with an arrival dinner, alternates water days with company visits and roundtables, and closes with a capstone excursion.
What is included?
Every package includes a dedicated Sight Seers coordinator, private transport, curated dining, a branded welcome kit, professional photography, a private group dashboard, a post trip content package and a curated gift package. Sight Seers curates the entire package, from airport pickup through to departure, including an airport lounge booking for your departure. Each package then adds its own program. The Lifestyle Escape adds an adventure day, a yacht or catamaran day and beach club socials. The Executive Retreat adds a luxury villa or boutique resort stay, hosted dinners, facilitated leadership roundtables and yacht days. The Industry Immersion adds company and factory visits chosen around your group’s interests, founder workshops and networking sessions. The Island-Hop Voyage adds a private catamaran flotilla across two or more shores, a villa dinner and a capstone excursion. Open any package’s Details for its full list.
What does it cost?
Every package is quoted for your group, based on the country, group size, season and format.
How do we book?
Choose a package and a country and send an inquiry. A planner replies within one business day. Once your package is finalised, a 30% non-refundable deposit confirms your place. The balance is due 14 days before the programme starts. Cancellations and changes follow our Group Bookings policy. For peak season and multi island routes, book three to four months ahead.
Plan your voyage
Graduates want travel that adds professional value, cultural fluency and genuine human connection. Whether your cohort wants a four day intensive in Jamaica or a seven day multi island voyage, the format is built to flex. Build a group trip with a live estimate, or send us an inquiry.
Time ashore, Jamaican style. Waterfalls, rivers, ziplines and catamaran sails by day, music, food and culture by night, and a group that comes home closer than it left. Built for undergraduate students traveling to Jamaica from the US, Canada and around the world.

Pick your mix
Adventure, culture, beach time, or all three. Add a day on the water, an optional give-back day with a local community partner, and plenty of time for the group to simply be together.
We handle the logistics
We curate the entire package, from airport pickup to departure, including an airport lounge booking for your flight home. That means coordinated transport, chaperone support where your group needs it and a clear day-by-day plan, so the organizers can enjoy the trip too.
One quote, then your plan
Your planner talks the trip through with you and gives you one custom quote. A US$15 planning fee then gets your fully researched custom package started, and it is credited toward your booking.

Three quick questions. We will point you to an area and a mix, then your planner takes it from there.

There is no fixed itinerary. Pick the blocks that suit your group, and your planner puts them in order.

A chance to learn from the people who live there, and to leave something useful behind
Sight Seers curates the entire package, from airport pickup to departure, including an airport lounge booking for your flight home. Coordinated transport and chaperone support are part of the plan, and your planner confirms the hosts, dates and details for your area of Jamaica.
Undergraduate students traveling to Jamaica from the US, Canada and other countries, in student organizations, clubs, teams and friend groups of 5 to 60. A student organizer or advisor leads the enquiry, and your planner works with them.
Is it an academic or service trip?
No. Shore Leave is about adventure, fun, culture and experience, and it is not a course or a service trip. Groups who want to give something back can add an optional community day with a local partner organization.
What if our group is from several countries?
That works. Entry requirements depend on each student’s passport and where they are traveling from, so check the requirements for your own citizenship. Tell your planner if your group includes students from more than one country so the plan allows for it.
How is the price worked out?
Every trip is a custom quote. It depends on your group size, dates, length, the mix you choose and where in Jamaica you base the trip.
How do you handle supervision and safety?
Your planner builds in the chaperone support and group coordination your school or organization needs. Tell us your requirements when you enquire.
Do you arrange transport?
Yes. We curate the entire package, from airport pickup to departure. That includes airport transfers from Montego Bay (MBJ) or Kingston (NMIA), coaches and executive cars for groups, and an airport lounge booking for your flight home.

The story behind Seven Shores Society
Step outside your daily bubble
Seven Shores Society began with a simple idea: the best thinking happens when founders and entrepreneurs step out of their daily bubble and into a room of people who truly get it.
Be understood
Friends and family want the best for you, but unless they work in a similar industry, they rarely understand the business problems you carry. Here you sit with fellow founders from across the globe, people with similar interests who know the road, and you get genuine advice back.
Rethink and reflect
Among people who have lived it, it is easier to rethink things and look honestly at your own motivation, your wins and your losses, and the path that brought you here. You leave clearer on where you are going, and why.
Rest, then take action
This is a place for action takers and doers. Rest and relax first, then take inspired action, instead of just giving in to the grind mentality. The next step often shows up once you finally slow down.
And yes, there will be laughter, the kind you cannot control. Life as a fellow founder is lighter when it is shared.
How the program runs
Before you arrive, the seven days, and the 60 days after
Arrive as individuals. Leave with a circle of people you want to see again. The Society starts online, comes together in Jamaica and carries on once you are home.
Before
Workshops and virtual conferences with your circle, plus a virtual Shore meet and greet with breakout rooms, so you meet before day one. Your host also makes three relevant introductions for each guest, with consent. It is part of the package.
You will work on
Setting your intentions: what you want to bring and what you want back
Starting to rethink things, together, in workshops and virtual conferences
Trading first advice with your circle in breakout rooms
The 7 days

A sample week
A slower, deeper rhythm
Eight days and seven nights: connection, nature and enough space to breathe. On the days without a hosted dinner, the group cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner together as a team.
1 · Settle in
Arrive and begin
Airport pickup and scheduled arrivals, orientation and a family-style welcome dinner.
2 · Meet your circle
Introductions and intentions
Breakfast, introductions and intentions, a gentle nature outing and downtime, with pickleball or tennis for anyone who wants a game.
3 · Make space
Workshops, meditation or quiet time
Optional work or a quiet morning, a workshop, a meditation session, a peer circle and a local host dinner.
4 · The adventure day
Zipline, ATV or dune buggy, horses and a cruise
Ziplining, an ATV or dune buggy ride and horseback riding, then lunch and a catamaran cruise.
5 · Play and wander
Fun-filled team competitions and obstacle courses
The challenges run in the morning, then optional excursions, pickleball or tennis, time in nature or a slow afternoon at the stay, and a soccer evening, with a dinner cooked together as a team.
6 · Create and connect
A workshop and a locally hosted evening
A hands-on workshop and a cultural encounter, then a chef-led, hands-on cooking dinner with local creatives and entrepreneurs, who are paid for their time.
7 · Carry it forward
A yacht day, then reflect
A day on the water by yacht or catamaran, with swimming, snorkel stops and music, then the closing circle, where you write your 60-day commitment and meet your Shore partner, and a closing shared dinner.
8 · Depart
Farewells
Breakfast, farewells, then transfers to the airport with an airport lounge booking for your departure.
After · 60 days
Stay connected, keep moving
The circle carries on online, as part of your membership. The full plan is under “The 60 days after” below.
A sample week. Your host confirms the final schedule once the venue and local contributors are set. Experiences are proposals until confirmed.
Three signature moments
1
The first table
What brought you here, what you enjoy and what you can share.
2
The shared kitchen
Prepare food with a paid local host and learn about the place through their perspective.
3
The closing circle
Write your 60-day commitment, one clear goal, and pair up with your Shore partner for the 60 days after.
Membership
Membership is part of it, on purpose.
True growth and friendship don’t compound in a single week. The Residency is where your circle meets. The membership is how it lasts, and it comes with the trip.
A circle, not just a trip
Seven Shores Society is a small, hosted community of people who want others around them who understand their work. You travel to Jamaica together, then keep going together.
We built it because working for yourself can get quiet. You end up the most ambitious person in every room, with nobody to call when the month goes sideways and nobody who really gets it when it goes well. The Society is a circle of people who do.
What comes with it
Before: the online start, so you meet your circle before day one.
The Jamaica Residency: seven nights and eight days in nature, with your host.
The 60 days after: your Shore partner, your circle and your host, as part of your membership.
Showing up for one another is most of why it works.
The 60 days after
Where the week turns into progress
Most retreats end at the airport. The hard part comes later, when daily life takes over and the clarity from the week starts to fade. The 60 days after are built for that moment: your circle, your host and a simple rhythm that keeps your next step moving.
1
Days 1 to 14
Land it
You leave Jamaica with a written 60-day commitment, one clear goal, and a Shore partner from your circle. Back home, you take the first action while the week is still fresh, and check in with your Shore partner for 15 minutes each week. Around day 14, the first reunion call: share what you did and what got in the way.
2
Days 15 to 30
Build momentum
Around day 30, the second reunion call: a check on progress, and one or two members bring a real challenge to the circle for honest advice.
3
Days 31 to 60
The progress night
Keep going with your Shore partner and your circle. On day 60, the online progress night: each member shares what changed against their commitment, the circle celebrates the wins, and you choose your next step. Then you carry on together through your membership.
What the 60 days give you
A finish line. A commitment you write in the closing circle, so the week ends in results, not just memories.
Weekly accountability. A Shore partner who knows your goal and checks in with you every week.
A sounding board. Founders who understand your situation and give honest advice, not a pitch.
Warm introductions. Offered by your host based on the interests you shared, with consent.
Momentum. The clarity you found in Jamaica does not fade once you are home.
A circle that lasts. Your membership keeps you connected after day 60.
Reunion calls, Shore partner check-ins and the progress night are all online, and their dates are confirmed with your host. Introductions are offered, not guaranteed.
An honest fit check
A curated circle, so we can’t say yes to everyone.
The Residency is for entrepreneurs, business owners and independent professionals who can step away for a week, enjoy small-group travel and want to contribute to a community. It is a founders residency, not a family vacation or a party trip. Read these lists as a friendly filter, not a test.
This is for you if…
You run an online business or independent practice doing at least US$10,000 a month
You are an action taker and a doer, and you know that rest leads to inspired action
You value time and the freedom to choose where you work
You care as much about the life as the business, in body, mind and spirit
You love the idea of time abroad with a small, close circle
You are open-minded, and you like being challenged by people
You are willing to share openly, and you give without keeping score
You believe friendship compounds
This isn’t for you if…
You’re still talking about the business you’re going to start
You’d read every post and never write one
You’d see a room full of founders as a room full of leads
You can’t step away from your work for eight days
You’d sacrifice your health and your friendships to hit the number
You believe the grind is the only way
You prefer status over authenticity
You don’t want to grow as a person
You’re comparing communities on price alone
Two questions to ask yourself before you apply. Are you willing to be uncomfortable to grow? Are you willing and able to invest up to US$7,500 in this experience?
How you join and how we host
How you join
Tell us what you do, why you want to attend, what you can share and what you hope to learn.
Share your preferred pace, work commitments, room choice, accessibility requirements and dietary needs.
Have a short Alignment Call so everyone’s expectations match. We also talk through your membership tier and what it includes. We select for respectful behavior and a willingness to participate.
How we host
No unsolicited selling. Business introductions are welcome without dominating the conversation.
Ask before sharing private discussions or photographs.
Respect personal time and different backgrounds. A conduct policy and a clear way to raise a concern with your host are published before you book.
Local hosts, guides, chefs and contributors are paid for their work under agreed scopes. We choose community-led experiences that welcome visitors, and the partner decides what suitable participation looks like.
Comfort is the standard
A green setting with reliable essentials. Any rustic character comes with comfortable beds and bathrooms, and we tell you about steps, paths, room sharing and travel times before you book. Each outdoor activity has a weather alternative.
Your hosts
A community host looks after introductions, sessions and follow-through. A local coordinator looks after transport, supplier timing and anything that comes up on site. Sight Seers curates the entire package, from your airport pickup to your departure.
Questions
Good to know
When is it, where is it and what does it cost?
The first Jamaica Residency is being planned. Dates, venue, room choices, membership details, inclusions and the final price, with payment terms, are published here once they are confirmed. Apply now and we will keep you updated as each detail is confirmed.
What does the membership include?
The Residency comes with a membership, so the circle you meet in Jamaica stays together. The program starts online with workshops and virtual conferences, runs for the seven days in Jamaica, and continues for 60 days after with your written commitment, weekly Shore partner check-ins, reunion calls, introductions based on the interests you shared and an online progress night on day 60. Your membership tier and what it includes are discussed during your Alignment Call, and we confirm the rest with the dates and price.
What happens in the 60 days after?
The 60 days after are where the week turns into progress. In the closing circle you write a 60-day commitment, one clear goal, and pair up with a Shore partner from your circle. Back home, you check in with your Shore partner for 15 minutes each week. Your host runs reunion calls around days 14 and 30 and offers introductions based on the interests you shared. On day 60, the online progress night: each member shares what changed against their commitment and chooses a next step. Everything after the trip happens online, and the membership keeps the circle together after day 60.
Do all members get the same access?
Mostly, yes. Everyone joins one circle with the same core access to the Residency and the membership, whichever room category you choose. Your membership tier and what it includes are discussed during your Alignment Call.
Do I need to apply?
Yes. You tell us a little about your work and what you hope to learn and share, then have a short Alignment Call. We select for respectful behavior and a willingness to participate.
What will we do during the days?
Each day mixes things to do together with time for yourself: fun-filled competitions and obstacle courses, workshops, meditation sessions, pickleball or tennis on some days, a soccer evening, an adventure day (ziplining, an ATV or dune buggy ride, horseback riding, lunch and a catamaran cruise), a yacht day, nature outings and local encounters, with room to work, rest or reflect. Pickleball and tennis depend on the courts at the venue. On the days without a hosted dinner, the group cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner together as a team. The final schedule is confirmed once the venue and local contributors are set.
Can I work while I am there?
The week protects time to think, with optional work time or a quiet morning. Connectivity details are confirmed with the venue before you book, so you know what to expect.
Is it a networking event?
It is a residency built around time together, not a sales event. There is no unsolicited selling, and business introductions are welcome without dominating the conversation.
Will it lead to clients or investment?
We promise opportunities for connection and a well-hosted experience. We cannot guarantee friendships, investment, clients, partnerships or business growth.
Your circle. Seven nights. Sixty days after.
Tell us about your work and what you hope to find. A host will be in touch about a short Alignment Call. There is no payment to apply.

Why it matters
Choose a landmark on the Jamaica map to read its story, why it is worth the trip, and how to fit it into your group itinerary.
Some of the most defining moments came during university, taking weekend trips with friends when finals were approaching just to clear our minds, or right after exams to unwind and celebrate the journey. Sometimes those escapes meant quick weekend trips to other Caribbean islands, stepping into a different culture, a different rhythm, even if just for a few days. Those trips were never just about the destination. They were about the laughter, the conversations, the freedom, and the feeling of being fully present with the people around you.
That same spirit carried into traveling beyond borders, even taking trips with friends to other countries to participate in 5K walk and run events, simply for the experience, the challenge, and the memories created along the way. It meant visiting family members living different lives across the world, gaining new perspectives, and deepening connections. And sometimes, it was as simple as commuting across towns or traveling with friends to uncover hidden gems right here at home in Jamaica, places you pass every day but never truly see until you slow down and explore.
Through these experiences, it became clear that travel is not just about where you go, but how it makes you feel and who you share it with. Exploring the Caribbean beyond the surface, discovering hidden gems, connecting with people, and experiencing the culture in its most authentic form revealed that these moments were too meaningful not to share.
Whether it is an adrenaline filled ATV ride through Jamaica’s mountains, a peaceful catamaran cruise at sunset, or discovering secluded beaches across the Caribbean, we bring these moments to life in a way that feels authentic, seamless, and thoughtfully curated. More importantly, we give travelers the freedom to curate their own group experiences, blending adventure, connection, and luxury to create something truly their own.
This is more than a business. It is a vision brought to life through passion, shared experiences, and the belief that travel has the power to transform how people feel, connect, and experience the world.
Sight Seers Caribbean Adventures was born from a deep love for travel shaped by real experiences, meaningful connections, and moments that stay with you long after the journey ends. From weekend escapes across the Caribbean during university to traveling internationally for experiences, events, and reconnecting with family, every journey revealed that travel is less about the destination and more about how it makes you feel.
Along the way, I experienced both sides of travel, raw, authentic exploration and refined, seamless luxury. That balance became the foundation of what we offer today, experiences that feel effortless, personal, and deeply memorable.
At our core, we are people focused. Every tour and every interaction is designed with intention, creating experiences that bring people closer, inspire connection, and leave lasting memories.

Explore in XRLook around, grab items, talk to guides, all in XR
Our guides carry a professional spatial-capture rig through the craft markets, beaches, and VIP lounges, so what you see on a browser, iPhone, or Apple Vision Pro is crisp, stable, and live.
8K 360° Camera
A spherical Insta360 X4 rides on the guide's rig, capturing everything around them, you choose where to look, not the camera.
Wind-Proof Audio
A wireless clip-on mic with wind muff keeps the guide's voice crisp over market bustle and ocean breeze.
5G Island Uplink
A dedicated 5G hotspot pushes a 25 to 30 Mbps stream from Ocho Rios or the Hip Strip to our global delivery network.
Any Screen, Any Headset
Browser, phone, Meta Quest, or Apple Vision Pro, WebXR detects your device and offers Enter Spatial automatically.
Guides also carry LiDAR-equipped iPhones to 3D-scan craft items and villa interiors on request, scans open on your device as interactive models you can rotate before buying or booking. Look for the 3D SCAN tag in the In-Session Shop above.

This page gives guests a dedicated writing space instead of opening the composer inside the profile dashboard. That keeps the account area more cohesive while giving writers more room to focus.
How it worksWrite your title, excerpt, cover image link and full article. When you submit, the request goes to the admin portal for review.
Before publishingYour article stays private until you approve it from the admin profile area. Nothing shows publicly until you accept it.
Best resultsUse a strong title, a short polished excerpt, and a full story that feels like a premium journal entry for the website.
This page outlines when refunds are available, how rescheduling works, what happens during weather disruptions, how group bookings are handled, what items are non-refundable, and how long approved refunds usually take to post.
Group bookings of 5 or more guests follow the Group Bookings section. Individual tours follow the Individual Tours section. Where another section on this page differs, the Group Bookings section applies to group bookings.
